CCOC Trade Days

     Welcome to CCOC Trade Days in Orange, Tx!

​

CCOC Trade Days is a 2 day event held monthly on Friday and Saturday 8am-4pm (with a Thursday setup day beginning @ 8am) at the CCOC Covered Arena and grounds. Booths under the covered arena are sized 12x12 and open air booths E & FM are sized 12x12, O are sized 20x20. All 12x12 rental booth spaces are $45 (A & B booths have electrical, there will be an additional charge for electricity in the amount of $10), this cost covers both days of the event. 20x20 rental booth spaces are $115 each. Onsite Public Restrooms and Food Concessions available.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

  • Booth spaces must be paid in advance to reserve them for any given month, otherwise vendors will be assigned based on availability. Vendors wanting to hold the same booth(s) every month MUST pay for booths regardless of whether they will be in attendance for any upcoming events.

  • Vendors that reserve with us & pay your booth in advance for 10 months will receive the next 2 months FREE. 

  • To reserve your booth for the next month, payment must be made before noon the Monday following the current trade show. Any questions contact Amy.

  • Booth setup must be complete and all vehicles out of all vendor sales areas no later than 7:45 a.m. on Friday. Drop off of merchandise MUST be dropped off & remove your vehicle(s) from the arena prior to unpacking any merchandise. Pick up of merchandise at closing MUST be packed up & ready to load into your vehicle prior to bringing the vehicle into the Arena.

  • Open & Closed hours must be adhered to, vendors are not allowed to bring vehicles into the arena to load prior to 4pm on Saturday, if you need to leave earlier than 4pm you must carry all products out by hand and adhere to low noise levels when breaking down.

  • No vehicle traffic in the vendor area between 7:45 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. Friday or Saturday. If there are customers in the area, authorization to bring your vehicle into the arena MUST be obtained. Vendors selling larger than cash & carry items, contact the registration office for alternative arrangements for customer pickup.

  • Vendors must bring all of their own supplies and/or equipment.

  • You may set up a canopy and table(s) in your area.

  • CCOC is under no obligation to have on hand attendees to assist in set up or tear down.

  • NO tobacco products are to be used in the Arena facility, any vendors not adhering to this policy will not be allowed to participate in any upcoming events.

  • All products & services displayed or offered for sale must be legal and family friendly. Any CCOC Trade Days Board member has the right to define family friendly.

  • Animals for sale are allowed in Animal booths only. It is the responsibility of the seller to have and follow all and any legal requirements & papers required by the State, County or any agency governing the sale of any animal or livestock all outside booths & assignment is determined by administration.

  • Vendors in "E" booths will be allowed to park 1 vehicle behind their booth(s). “O” booths are allowed to have 1 vehicle parked inside their booth(s). “FM” booths are allowed to have 1 trailer/vehicle combo parked in their booth(s).

  • 1 Vendor parking pass is included with booth rental. Additional vehicle(s) will be charged $5 a day.

  • Vendors are responsible for disposing of all trash in marked receptacles.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area cleaned at all times before, during & after each event.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Money for a booth space is non-refundable if you cancel. We will not hold your booth space for any upcoming events UNLESS it is paid for all months not in attendance. 

  • CCOC Trade Days Committee reserves the right to cancel or move a date accordingly, in the event we have to cancel booth rental will be credited to the next available trade day.​

Farmer’s Market Produce Booth Spaces:
Free Limited Booth Space for Farmer’s Market Produce and items made from fresh produce! No baked goods will be allowed in a farmer's market booth. Call for more details.

RESERVATIONS:

To reserve your booth fill out the below form and submit to CCOC Trade Days Administration. Mail or hand deliver completed applications to 673 FM 1078, Orange, Tx 77632. Once your application is received you will be sent an invoice to the email address you provided. Please beware of scammers, payment should be made using invoices you have received from CCOC Trade Days Administrator, Amy Clevenger. Your vendor packet will be sent after payment is received that will contain your booth assignment and instructions for arrival.

Q: What is the arena flooring going to look like? I know at T2, when non-rodeo events are held out there, the sand is packed down. Will that be the same at CCOC?

A: The arena floor will be packed prior to each trade days event.

Q: Can vendors run generators in non-electric booths?

A: Yes, as long as they are low-noise, low-fuming generators.

Q: Will I be allowed to park in my booth area?

A: Limited booths have this ability, please contact Amy @ 214-542-2361 for details.

Q: Is there overnight RV parking allowed?

A: Unfortunately there is no overnight parking of any sort allowed on the grounds.

Q: Is there an entrance fee?

A: Yes, vendors will be given 1 parking pass, all other vehicles will be charged $5 entrance fee.

Q: Will I be allowed to have a pop-up or shelving in my booth?

A: Yes, as long as it does not impede in the booths next to your space.
